Over 10 thousand People Saved From Possibility Of Homelessness By Threshold

Over 10 thousand people were saved from the possibility of homelessness by Threshold last year.

The Housing Charity’s annual report for 2019 found it represented nearly 350 households at Residential Tenancies Board hearings, and received an average of 267 calls a day.

The charity met with 37 different people as part of an outreach service it operated in Ennis.

They found nearly half of their clients were over the age of 35, with 1 in 10 clients calling because of rent arrears.
