Alan Morrissey’s guest on In Profile this week is Noel Murphy. Noel made his name in Clare with more than 25 years of loyal service as an entertainer at Bunratty Castle.
Beginning in the early ‘80s, the Cork native played the key role of butler to the Earl of Thomond at the renowned Bunratty Castle medieval banquets.
Noel also has plenty of other notable entries on his CV, including his time in theatre, touring with Frank Patterson and more besides. He has also suffered unspeakable tragedy in his personal life.
