This week’s guest on In Profile with Alan Morrissey is Joanie Madden.
Joanie is a well-known Irish-American flute and whistle player with big Clare connections.
She is leader of the all-female supergroup Cherish the Ladies, while she has also recorded with many great artists, including Sinead O’Connor, Don Henley from The Eagles, Luka Bloom, Pete Seeger and The Clancy Brothers.
