Helga is the owner of the Burren Wellness Centre.
Helga’s journey began in her native Germany. Her connection to and love affair with Clare goes all the way back to the early 80’s.
Helga was kind enough to invite us out to the centre for the conversation, the entirety of which was conducted while perched on a yoga ball!
