Clare PPN Say It Is Essential To Be Prepared For Challenges Of Carbon Neutral Future

A new pilot project will be aiming to prioritise the socio-economic rights of people across the county in a carbon neutral future.

Throughout May, leading think tank TASC will be taking the concerns of locals on board through a series of free training workshops and brainstorming sessions in a bid to ensure a just transition.

The project will build on work carried out last year by the landmark ‘Towards an Anti Poverty Strategy for Clare’ report which found that Poverty in the county was ‘Systemic’ & that the Housing System here was ‘Chaotic.
