Three Clare people have been named on Revenue’s most recent list of tax defaulters.
Mark Freeman with an address in Kilmore was found to have delivered an incorrect income tax return, failed to lodge VAT returns and failed to remit VAT.

Freeman, an engineer had a sentence of 20 months imposed on him, with 13 of those suspended.
Mary Keenan of Clancy Park, Ennis was ordered to serve 60 hours of community service for the misuse of marked mineral oil.
Meanwhile, Sean Sheahan of Kilkee settled for over €200,000 following an under-declaration of income tax.
