The West Clare outfit make the trip tomorrow morning to take on Mercy Mounthawk of Tralee at the UL North Campus in a last four showdown.

It marks another huge step in their development, having come up through the tiers over the last few seasons.
Coach and teacher Eimear Considine says they worked hard over the Christmas holidays to be ready for the challenge.
