Tuamgraney clubman Diarmaid Nash is confident he can use the experience of previous finals in a positive manner as he goes searching for a second All Ireland senior handball singles title.
The Scariff native goes to the National Handball Centre in Croke Park on Saturday where he faces Westmeath’s Robbie McCarthy in a fifth ever decider.

Nash first reached the final in 2014, and had to wait another eight years before he claimed his one and only title at the grade.
He says the passage of time has taught him to appreciate the opportunities when they come around
