Peacefully at her home on 6th August 2026, following a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband PJ, her sister Agnes and her son-in-law Rory. Maura will be forever loved and sadly missed by her devoted children, Michael, Marion, Brendan, Gerard and Kieran , her daughters-in-law, Geraldine, Patricia and Bernie, her brothers Liam, Michael. Sisters, Anna and Monica. Adored by her 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, nieces nephews and fondly remembered by her neighbours relatives and many friends

Reposing in St Brigid’s Church Corofin on Sunday 9th August from 5pm with prayers at 7pm. Funeral mass on Monday 10th August at 11am followed by cremation service in Shannon crematorium at 1pm. Maura’s funeral mass can be viewed live on the Imeall Boirne Parishes Facebook Page, family flowers only donations if desired to Milford Care Centre .
As a mark of respect, Ennis Home Furniture will be closed all day on Monday 10th August
