Ballyea South, Inagh, County Clare and formerly of Preston, Lancashire, UK, July 25th 2026, very peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving and devoted family.
Very deeply missed by his loving wife Breeda, sons Joe and George, daughter-in-law Michelle, grandchildren (Cillian, Conor and Áine), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

George was a devoted husband, father, brother, friend and a strong determined hard working man who dedicated his life to providing for those he loved. He was respected and admired by all who knew him for his generosity, warmth, strength and kindness. He will be remembered with love, gratitude and pride.
George will be reposing in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Inagh, County Clare, on Sunday 26th of July from 5pm until 8pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday the 27th of July at 3pm followed by burial afterwards in Inagh Cemetery.
