On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by John Vaughan who is the owner of Moo’ghna Milk. John spoke about his wife Jackie Vaughan’s business idea to start selling their milk at self-service vending machines in a number of towns in County Clare. He praised the Clare Local Development Company who assisted in the funding of the project and discussed Moo’ghna Milk itself who are a small family run dairy farm based on the outskirts of Ennistymon. Moo’ghna Milk offer up to 110 different types of flavours of milk and their self-service vending machines can be located in Inagh, Miltown Malbay and Ennistymon.
