Two Starting Debuts In Clare Team For McGrath Cup Opener

There are two starting debuts in the Clare team for Saturday’s McGrath Cup opener against Cork.

Ennistymon’s Darragh Connelly and Eire Óg’s Mark McInerney will both start for the first time under Colm Collins, who is taking charge of the squad for his ninth consecutive campaign.

A number of players could also make their first appearances from the bench, with St Breckan’s trio Jack Sheedy, Maccon Byrne and Padraig Kelly joining Eire Óg duo Ronan Lanigan and Manus Doherty on the matchday squad.
