An American civic leader is hopeful a sister city connection can provide an economic and tourism boost to the Ennis region.
A delegation from Pheonix, Arizona has spent this week in the county town to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of their sister city relationship.
The group of 30 people was greeted by an official reception in Áras Contae an Chláir on Monday and has spent the week travelling around the county.
