On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan spoke to Tulla man Declan Moroney, who is set to participate in the New York City marathon this November. Declan wishes to complete the marathon in memory of his late father, who suffered from Oesophageal cancer and eventually died in November 2020. His father Liam received support from the Oesophageal Cancer Society and therefore Declan wishes to raise funds for the society. He will also donate funds to Tulla Inclusive Athletics.
