Traffic calming measures will come into effect on sections of the N18 in Clare tonight to facilitate the resurfacing of the road in both directions.
Between 7pm & 6am, Junction 6 of the Northbound dual carriageway at Bunratty and the associated over bridge will be closed.
Traffic will be diverted to Junction 7 (Sixmilebridge), before rejoining the N18 Southbound at Bunratty Roadstone, while motorists intending to join the N18 Northbound will be diverted to Junction 5 (Cratloe).

A mandatory 60kph speed limit will be in place for the duration of the project, which Contractor’s Colas Joint Venture expect to complete by the end of August.
