Talty: We Told The Girls Before Extra-Time That We Were Proud Of Them No Matter What Happened

Clare ladies football boss Evan Talty says he is proud of his players efforts after their championship season came to an end.

Laois moved on to the All Ireland intermediate final after edging out Clare by 2-21 to 2-19 in a gripping contest that went all the way to extra time.

The Banner kicked six of the last seven scores of the game to force the added period, but missed chances proved costly for Clare as the Midlanders came out on top.
