Clare ladies football boss Evan Talty says they will learn from their defeat against Meath in the National League.
The Royals, who won last year’s All Ireland intermediate title, were convincing winners over the Banner in Navan, with their powerful showing in the third quarter crucial when they outscored their visitors by 3-5 to no score.
Clare will retain their Division Two status thanks to their opening round over Wexford with thoughts now turning to a championship opener next month.
