A swimming ban is in place across the North and West of the county – after increased E.Coli levels were noted in the water.
Lahinch, White Strand Miltown Malbay, Spanish Point and Kilkee, which are all Blue Flag beaches, are closed for swimming.
It’s the second swimming ban in County Clare in just two weeks.
