Newmarket trainer Aengus King saw his runner Chain Of Consequence come home in front in the 2.15pm handicap hurdle.
The 25/1 chance held off a late surge from the Michael McDonagh of Cratloe trained Positive Thinker, making it a Clare one-two in the race.
