Spanish Point Confident Of Taking Opportunity In All Ireland PPS Final

A member of the St Joseph’s Spanish Point management team is confident they can use the momentum of recent weeks to claim the All Ireland Senior D football title this weekend.

The West Clare side have been crowned both county and provincial champions this season, and are bidding to round the year off by capturing the Brother Edmund Ignatius Rice Cup.

Standing in their way are Offaly side Ard Scoil ChiarĂ¡in Naofa from Clara, with the sides going head to head in Tuam Stadium tomorrow afternoon.
