The Project Managing Director of a proposed windfarm development off the Clare coast is reassuring it’s scoping report isn’t a one-off.
Simply Blue has opened a public consultation for the next phase of the Western Star Floating Windfarm Project, with events taking place in Ennis tomorrow afternoon and Kilrush on Wednesday.
The project hit a stumbling block last year when multinational energy company Shell pulled out of the joint venture, but Val Cummins says they’re deeply committed to all their Irish projects and were never going to take the foot off, with regard to Western Star.
