On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Damian O’Rourke who is a member of Cuppa Tea TV and organiser of the Shannon Wings Festival for 2023. Damian discussed the idea of the festival which is to promote the town of Shannon through music and song. He described this year’s festival which will take place between the 20th and 26th of February 2023 in Shannon and named some of the acts who will feature during the festival. Damian described the efforts that have gone into funding the festival and mentioned the various companies who have donated to the Shannon Wings Festival.
