A Senior Executive Planner with Clare County Council says strong relationships with approved housing bodies and developers are key to delivering social housing in the county.
It comes as the Local Authority looks set to surpass their Housing for All targets over the next two years with 306 housing units currently at different stages of design and construction.
The units will be distributed throughout the county and will feature a variety of one bed, two bed , three bed , four bed and five bed dwellings.
