On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Vicky O’ Connell who is the reigning Rose of Clare. Vicky discussed her experience as the Clare Rose and highlighted the Rose of Tralee and the Rose of Clare as a once in a life time experience. She spoke about the quest to find the next Clare Rose for 2022 which will begin this weekend and discussed the steps involved in applying for selection to become the next Clare Rose. She also mentioned the selection night that will take place on March 12th in the Inn at Dromoland and advised anyone who is entering into selection to be themselves and enjoy every moment.
