Scariff manager Mark McKenna feels his side can play with freedom as they look forward to a shot at reaching the last four of the TUS Clare senior hurling championship.
The East Clare men will take on Clooney-Quin in their quarter-final tie, with the game set to be played in two weeks time.
An unbeaten run in the group stages saw them through to the last eight as top seeds, with wins over Inagh-Kilnamona and Doora Barefield, along with draws against Ballyea and Kilmaley.
