Ennistymon’s Brendan Rouine admits they are facing a huge task in Sunday’s Clare senior football final.

The North Clare side go up against reigning champions Eire Og as they bid to bring Jack Daly home for the first time in their history.

A penalty shootout win over Kilmurry Ibrickane gave them passage to the semi-final for the second time since 2018.

Meanwhile Eire Og manager Paul Madden feels keeping their focus has been a key component in their run to consecutive finals.

The Townies are the only unbeaten team in this year’s championship, with their narrowest win being a one-point victory over St Breckan’s in the opening round.
