On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Rosie McMahon of Shannon Estuary Way Retreat. Rosie spoke about her interest in Celtic festivals and in particular Imbolc which is a pagan holiday that is celebrated on February 1st annually. She described the meaning of Imbolc which is considered as a time of rebirth, hope and healing along with highlighting the way in which she celebrates the day each year. Rosie also explained the significance of Imbolc to her which she feels is the real beginning of the new year.
