Rising Covid-19 Case Numbers Prompts Delay To Resumption Of Clare Soccer Season

The resumption of the Clare soccer season has been put on hold due to rising Covid-19 case numbers.

League officials have opted to delay a return to action until the weekend of January 22nd.

The last round of fixtures before the Christmas break saw Newmarket Celtic regain top spot in the league standings, with Shannon Town and Avenue United heading up the chasing pack.
