Clare GAA has ordered that the Clare intermediate football quarter final between Shannon Gaels and Kildysart is to be replayed.
It’s after the Gaels lodged an objection in the aftermath of the initial showdown which Kildysart won on penalties
However, they were found to have used six subs in the extra time period, three more than permitted.

Two of the substitutes who came on in the added period took penalties in the shootout.
Clare FM understands the game will now be replayed on Sunday next, meaning there will be a delay to the conclusion of the championship.
O’Curry’s are awaiting the winners while Cooraclare face Ennistymon in the other last four tie.
Kildysart have the option to appeal the decision, but it’s not yet known if they will.
