Newmarket Celtic will be hoping to secure a famous double of major titles this weekend.

Paddy Purcell’s charges are bidding to add the Munster Junior Cup to their FAI Junior Cup when they take on Regional United in the decider on Saturday evening.

The sides met in the FAI competition earlier this year, with Darragh Leahy’s goal proving the difference in a 1-0 win for Newmarket.

Captain Eoin Hayes says they have pressed the reset button after their FAI win ahead of this weekend’s game.

Kickoff on Saturday evening in Jackman Park Limerick is at 5pm
