Newmarket on Fergus camogie captain Aimee McInerney says their target in this year’s championship is to get their hands back on the McMahon Cup.

The Blues are bidding to bridge a gap back to 2015 since they were last crowned champions, with 2020 seeing them beaten in the decider by Inagh-Kilnamona.

That defeat marked a fifth consecutive final loss for Newmarket, with Kilmaley providing the opposition for their opening round group game this weekend.
