Newmarket Celtic have advanced to the final four of the Munster Junior Cup.
Paddy Purcell’s charges have now progressed to semi-finals in both national and provincial competitions after defeating Waterford’s Ferrybank on away soil this afternoon .

Dean Hegarty placed the South-East Clare men in front after sixteen minutes , before the Waterford men equalized on the cusp of half time, however second half strikes from Eoin Hayes & Stephen Kelly saw Newmarket deservedly hang on for the win on a full time score of three goals to one.
Celtic will now face the winners of Fairview and Peake Villa in the semi-final.
