A Clare man has been crowned National U-19 Cross Country champion.
Ennis Track athlete Niall Murphy took the honours in Conna, Co Cork, coming home in front of a high class field.
Up next will be a trip to Spain with the Ennis Track club for the European club cross country championships in February.
