On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Cillian Keane who is the Peer Education, Training and Development Officer with Mid West Aries. Cillian discussed Mid West Aries which provide a recovery education service to those suffering with mental health issues in the Midwest. He spoke about two upcoming workshops which will be hosted by Mid West Aries and will take place in the Ennis Women’s Shed on Thursday 19th and 26th of January. He described the content of the workshops which will explore anxiety as a whole and how to manage anxiety. Cillian also stated the benefits of attending the workshop where you can interact with people who may be in a similar situation as yourself.
