The CEO of Lufthansa Technik Turbine Shannon is confident of further job creation in the region in the near future.
It comes as Lufthansa is set to officially open a new state of the art Engine Parts and Accessories Repair Facility at its newly commissioned Shannon base this morning.
The new facility has already created 25 new jobs in Shannon while bringing Lufthansa’s total capacity for aircraft engine maintenance and repair in the region to 10,000 square metres.
