Clare boss Brian Lohan felt his side showed good composure in the closing stages of their National Hurling League win over Dublin.
The 0-34 to 2-23 win sees Clare avoiding the relegation scrap ahead of next weekend’s final round game against Kilkenny in Cusack Park, with the Cats coming to Ennis with an unbeaten record to protect.
The concession of two first half goals threatened to derail the Banner’s challenge in Parnell Park but a strong closing quarter saw Clare through as comfortable winners.
