Lohan Likely To Stick With Young Guns For National League Opener

Clare boss Brian Lohan will unveil his team later for Sunday’s opening game of the National Hurling League.

Westmeath provide the opposition in Cusack Park, with the Leinster side having gained promotion after claiming last year’s Division Two title.

It is expected a number of younger players will be among the starting 15, with the likes of Brandon O’Connell, Adam Hogan, Keith Smith and Cian Galvin having impressed in the Munster Hurling League.
