On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live from the Kilrush Chamber of Commerce by Dawn Bennett who is the owner of Coco-Lemon Hair Salon in Frances Street, Kilrush. Dawn discussed her move to west Clare from Limerick in 2019 in order to seek better services for her son who has autism. Her son Jamie has recently unveiled the Christmas lights on Patrick Danagher’s house who lives locally as part of an annual fundraiser set up by his mother Dawn. She spoke about opening her own hair salon in June 2020 and her delight with being awarded Team of the Year at the Irish Hair and Beauty Awards.
