Ballyea and Kilmaley both have injury concerns ahead of their meeting in the Clare senior hurling quarter finals this weekend.

Tony Kelly is a major doubt for Ballyea with an ankle issue, with the 2020 All Star understood to be undergoing surgery in the coming weeks, while his county team mate Jack Browne is also in a race against time with a hamstring injury.

Kilmaley look set to be without key duo Mikey O’Malley and Cian Moloney, who are both believed to have suffered broken bones in their hands.
