The founders of a new boxing club in West Clare are hopeful it will provide another outlet for the young people of the area.
St Michael’s Golden Gloves Boxing has been established in recent weeks, with the club based on the Ballard Road in Miltown.
Quilty’s Michael Hogan and Laurence Murray are the men behind the club, with a positive reaction to their recent registration nights.
