Hope has been expressed that a downward trend in people presenting with covid symptoms in Clare will continue over the coming weeks.
Last night saw seven new cases of the virus confirmed in Clare, bringing to 37 the number of cases here over the past 14 days.
But Shannon GP, Dr Yvonne Williams says numbers seeking tests in this county have slowed in the past week.
