Honan – Lohan Continuation As Banner Boss Should Be A No Brainer

2013 All Ireland winner Darach Honan feels Brian Lohan should be installed for another term as Clare senior hurling manager as soon as possible.

The Wolfe Tones man was appointed to the role in 2019 for two years, with the option of a third year following a review of the initial period.

Lohan’s championship record in that time has seen him lead Clare to victory in four of the eight games under his tenure, and reached the All Ireland quarter final in the 2020 season.

Honan says now is the time for the full support of Clare GAA to weigh in behind the four time All Star.
