Hogan: This Win Is For Everyone Involved In Ballyea

The man who guided Ballyea to their third Clare senior hurling title says the win is something that is to be enjoyed by the whole club.

Robbie Hogan made it a successful return to the managers position as his side edged out Inagh-Kilnamona by a point to claim the Canon Hamilton.

Hogan’s previous term ended after Ballyea’s All Ireland final appearance in 2017, with just 7 of the team who played in Croke Park starting for Sunday’s victory.

Hogan says having a constant stream of players coming through is down to the work being done at all levels in the club

Meanwhile one of Ballyea’s key men felt it was the spirit and belief within the squad that saw them over the line.

Gary Brennan says while the performance was not always the best, it was the workrate of the players that kept them going.
