Ballyea boss Robbie Hogan is hopeful the experience gained by his side over the last few years is something they can use to their advantage this weekend.
The 2016 and 2018 champions take on roll of honour leaders Newmarket in a last four showdown with both sides looking to build on their quarter final showings.
Ballyea left it late before seeing off the challenge of Kilmaley, with talisman Tony Kelly ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on an ankle issue.
