Hogan Confident Ballyea Are Gunning For Munster Club Challenge

Ballyea manager Robbie Hogan is confident his side are ready for the challenge that lies ahead in Sunday’s Munster club hurling quarter final.

The club secured their third Clare senior hurling title in six seasons with a one point win over Inagh-Kilnamona a fortnight ago, and now face eight in a row Waterford champions Ballygunner for a place in the provincial semi final.

Current All Star Tony Kelly will miss out once more as he recovers from ankle surgery while Morgan Garry, who came off the bench in the win over Combo, is also out having had surgery on a shoulder issue.
