High Demand For Accommodation For Workers Driving Up Rents in Shannon

It’s claimed that high demand for accommodation for workers in Shannon is driving up rents in the area.

The most recent data from the Residential Tenancies Board reveals the local electoral area of Shannon is the most expensive region in which to rent in the county, with the average rent there now €1,133.

Rents have continued to climb across the county with the average rent of €1,039 up 11% on what it was last year.
