Newmarket Celtic captain Eoin Hayes feels reaching a first FAI Junior Cup final is an emotional moment for everyone involved in the club.

His 80th minute strike proved to be the winner in their last four showdown with Ballynanty Rovers as Newmarket clinched a 2-1 win.

They will now take on Tipperary side St Michael’s in the decider on Sunday April 30th, with the venue to be set in the coming days.
