Clare will contest a first Munster senior camogie final for 10 years.
The Conor Dolan and John Carmody led side overcame Tipperary in their semi-final replay, with a second half goal from Lorna McNamara being a crucial score in a 1-11 to 0-10 win.
It sets up a final showdown with Cork next weekend, with the game being played as part of a double header in Pairc ui Rinn which will also see Clare feature in the junior decider against Waterford.
