Smith O’Brien’s boss Tony Gleeson feels his side can hurl without any added pressure in this weekend’s Munster club hurling quarter final.

The newly crowned Clare intermediate champions take on Waterford side Dunhill, following their victory over Doora Barefield at the end of last month.

It will be just the clubs second ever provincial campaign, and comes after they bridged an eight year gap since they competed at the top tier in Clare.

Gleeson says now that their chief goal has been achieved, they can allow themselves to take the shackles off
