Funding Boost For Housing Infrastructure In Clare

Over 3.6 million euro in Government funding has been granted towards housing infrastructure in Clare.

The investment will provide for a link road that will free up land and allow for the construction of 200 new homes at Claureen in Ennis, linking the roundabout past the One Mile Inn with O’Keeffe’s Oil and back onto the Lahinch Road.

Through the Local Infrastructure Housing Activation project, the funding is being provided to develop infrastructure which it’s hoped will result in lower cost builds and speed up the development process for much needed homes in he county town
